Day 23: Staying Home
Tuesday was my first day off after starting work, so although Kaitlyn and I had made plans to eventually go to the parks, we ended up just texting each other noncommittal things like "I love bed" and "I hate pants" before agreeing to stay in. And that is how I spent Day 23.Day 24: Magic Kingdom
On Wednesday I had the day off with Maddie and Nicole, and we all still felt like there was so much left to do at Magic Kingdom! The park was packed when we got there, but right away we went back to the Laugh Floor in Tomorrowland. I had never been before and it was 100 times better than I every could have hoped. We all texted jokes in while we were waiting in line, and once we got in it was so hilarious! The monster comedians are absolutely fantastic and the whole show is very interactive, and then they told my joke! In case you're wondering:
Why was the broom late?
It overswept!
After that we ran into our roommate Morgan who was there with her family, so we watched Dream Along with Mickey with them before parting ways.
After Dream Along with Mickey we watched the Festival of Fantasy Parade, which is opened by my most favorite couple of all time! After the festival, the wait times were all really long, so we went on the People Mover in Tomorrowland along with the Carousel of Progress, which I loved SO MUCH. Then I had Pecos Bill again for dinner, because they let you put as many grilled onions on it as you want, before meeting Tiana and Naveen, riding Peter Pan's Flight and Big Thunder Mountain, Storytime with Belle, and meeting Tink!
Swoon.
